Our journey so far

Grad Paddy started as an idea we took into a hackathon. Since then, we’ve continued developing it into a product designed to support the graduate application journey.

  1. Completed milestone

    From idea to prototype

Grad Paddy began during the Google Cloud Rapid Agent Hackathon, in the Elastic partner track. This was where we started exploring how AI could help make the graduate application process easier to navigate.

  2. Completed milestone

    Sharing the vision

We launched the Grad Paddy waitlist to start building an early community around the product and give interested students a way to follow our progress ahead of wider access.

  3. Completed milestone

From concept to a working experience

We’ve been developing the core product experience, including the foundations needed to help students research opportunities, organise applications, and work with their information in one place.

  4. Current
    Current stage

    Testing, learning, and refining

We’re currently testing Grad Paddy with a closed internal group. We’re working through the product experience, identifying issues, and refining the foundations before opening access more broadly.

What we’re building

Grad Paddy is designed to support the journey from discovering an opportunity to making a decision and managing the work that follows.

Everything in orbit

  1. Discover opportunities

Explore graduate programmes, professors, funding opportunities, and relevant research.

  2. Make informed decisions

Bring relevant information together to help assess opportunities against your goals.

  3. Keep applications organised

Track applications, requirements, documents, and deadlines in one connected workflow.

  4. Work through the hard parts

Get help researching, thinking through decisions, and drafting application materials with your context in mind.
